Nagarjuna Akkineni and K Raghavendra Rao’s fourth devotional collaboration Om Namo Venkatesaya about the devotee of Lord Venkateswara, Hathiram Baba completed shooting recently by canning the last and only duet song in the film featuring Nagarjuna and Pragya Jaiswal. The song was shot in typical KRR style and it is said to be a highlight for the movie. The movie team is busy with post production work with Graphics work being done by various companies on one hand and MM Keeravani doing the audio mixing, Re Recording and scoring the Back ground Music on the other hand. The team has announced for a February 10th release and soon a teaser will be released by the team.
As per the close sources of the team, Jagapathi Babu’s character which has been kept under wraps from many days is said to be that off a King. In Hatiram Baba’s life he gets imprisoned for stealing Lord’s bracelet and Lord proves the innocence of his devotee in his own style. The King who imprisons Baba and then gives him rights to decide the ways to conduct pooja, archana for the Lord daily, will be Jagapathi Babu. Even though the role is small one for his stature, Jagapathi Babu accepted as KRR asked him and he liked the role. Anushka will be seen as a devotee, Krishnamma who dedicates her life to Lord Venkateswara and she is a brilliant dancer. Apart from them, Vimala Raman, Sourabh Raaj Jain will be seen in the important roles.
